PREPARATION

Prepare the surface proir to applying Epoxy Putty by removing from it any grease or oil. Use sandpaper or a wire brush to slightly roughen the surface – this will improve the adhesion of the Putty.

Cut off or twist off a desired amount of putty. Knead the putty until it achieves a uniform colour. Apply the putty within a maximum of 3 minutes, before the hardening process begins.

APPLICATION

Press the putty firmly into any crack or hole. If the Putty is applied onto a wet surface or if it is applied underwater press it forcefully to the area being repaired and keep pressing until the process of hardening and adhesion begins. Keep pressing to achieve a smooth surface.

The applied putty can be drilled, filled, sanded and painted 1 hour after application.
